Alright, here’s the newer and updated version of my ‘Healthy & Delicious Granola Bars’ recipe (older recipe here) that I promised! I decided to tweak it based on what ingredients I had on hand and think this turned out just as good! These granola bars serve as the perfect mid-morning snack or afternoon pick-me-up! They’re slightly sweet, have a crunchy texture, and highly addictive (in a good way, of course!).
