This is, hands down, my favorite and go-to salsa recipe. It packs so much flavor; it’s fresh and has a slight kick due to the jalapeno. I thought it was worth sharing, so here you all go!
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz Diced fire roasted tomatoes I like the Muir Glen brand
- Cilantro 1 big handful
- 1 small Yellow onion
- 1 small jalapeno remove stem
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Servings:
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and pulse until you get the consistency you'd like! Adjust salt and pepper as needed.
- Store in the fridge up to 3 days. Best enjoyed immediately or refrigerated for 3 hours.
