We all have a favorite smoothie and mine happens to be green!
This smoothie combo has been my go-lately and I can’t seem to get enough! I enjoy having it after a workout because it’s tasty, healthy, and a great way to avoid hunger pangs between meals! Don’t let the green color scare you—I promise it tastes better than it looks. Give it a try and let me know what you think. 🙂
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups non-dairy milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup ice
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1-2 Tbps almond butter
- 2 Tbps raw hemp seeds
- 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder I use Aloha Protein
Add ingredients to a blender and blend together until smooth.
Note: This can be made the night before and stored in a container with a tight fitted lid. However, it is best when made and enjoyed the same day.
