I love the smell and taste of garlic cheese bread, don’t you?

Over the past weekend, I made some mini cheesy garlic monkey rolls. They resembled garlic cheese bread, but in a monkey bread roll kind of style. I made these within minutes. They were so quick, easy and delicious! (Have I mentioned I love making quick and easy foods?!) Next time you have a party, or a little get together with friends, I suggest making these. They are a crowd pleaser for sure!
Enjoy!

(Yield: About 12-16)
Ingredients
- 2 (7.5 oz) cans of buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more to sprinkle on top
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball and toss into a large bowl. Repeat for all the biscuits.
- Combine the melted butter, garlic, parsley, garlic salt and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese together and pour over the biscuit pieces.
- Gently toss the biscuit pieces to evenly coat all the pieces with the butter mixture.
- Using a 12 cup muffin tin, place 5-7 (or if you want them smaller, place 4-5) pieces of the coated biscuit dough into each muffin cup. Use the additional Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the top of the breads in the muffin cups.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Best when serve warm.
